The Indian Mode and the diffusion of an idea called Anti-Corruption movement

"The Indian Mode" (the more number of similarly thinking people in this country) will appreciate Government's decision of sending Ramdev to Haridwar as Baba clearly attempted to hijack governance here. But now Anna Hazare can re-start well with all his mistakes learnt from last time. Open field again. We, "The Indian mode" will appreciate and enjoy the positive transformative shocks that may bring about a change. We always used to enjoy it.

When it comes to politicians, we look forward for godly men in them to take this country forward with some magical power. Anna clearly is more godly and Gandhic than baba is to the Indian Mode. But clearly Anna Hazare requires a lot of legal consulting on the bill and the formation of this new idea to sit over a table with government. Fighting against an idea is tough than fighting a physical person or entity. Fighting an idea clearly requires a lot of transformative effort mutually. The alternate idea of the Draft of Lokpal bill was never imperssive to "The Indian Mode". The country already has huge execution mechansisms in place to fight this idea. But when it comes to enjoying power as luxury or think as your personal achievment and start trading the power taht you carry, you and I have to become corrupt!

How can a longer term movement can be carefully developed is the question. So here is the question Which is my driver?Fighting an idea versus creating a need for a new idea? Both creates movement at differing lengths. Firstly decide on that and then think about how this diffusion process can happen in this country over a longer time period (2-4 years)? How can it capitalize already facing tensions and public movements all across the country blowing out of similar roots? How can a common public opinion base can be established to establish this new idea of Anti-corruption or Corruption less so that it gets onto more people's (The Indian Mode) nerves?

Let us hope for the best and extend whatever support to these positive transformative waves of change, so that the democratic values of this country can be protected for our children who are going to be here and also the rich and bright kids who increasningly wants to come back and stay for the same reason!!!

Cheers

KK
